Before you message us

Most questions are answered by two things: your order confirmation and your tracking link. Start with these.

I haven't seen an order confirmation, or any emails from you

Your order confirmation is sent the moment you place your order. If you can't see it, check your junk or spam folder. Search your inbox and junk for "Absurdity Club" or your order number. Hotmail, Live, Outlook, iCloud and BigPond are the usual culprits.

Your confirmation has your order details and order number. Your shipping confirmation, with your tracking number, is sent when your order ships, which is usually 4 to 6 days after you order. That one can end up in junk too.

Where is my order?

Every Collage Overshirt is made to order, so nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting for you. Production and shipping takes 10 to 14 business days. Business days are weekdays only, so weekends and public holidays don't count. That's an estimate. Some orders arrive sooner and some take a little longer.

Check your shipping confirmation for your tracking link. Carriers sometimes move their estimated delivery date as your parcel travels, and tracking can go quiet for a day or two. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

If you're still inside the 10 to 14 business days, your order is on schedule. If you're past 14 business days with no movement in your tracking, send us a message with your order number and we'll chase it.
