Our Policy

At Absurdity Club, every item is made-to-order just for you. This helps us reduce waste, avoid piles of unsold stock, and keep our absurd designs flowing fresh from our slightly unhinged minds to your doorstep. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess the problem and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please do not return any items to us without prior confirmation—returns sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by customer (please refer to sizing guides carefully before ordering)
  • Change of mind or personal taste
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds (If Approved)

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your claim. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear in your account. Approved items need to to be returned within 30 days of approval. Refund can take up to 7 days from the item is received in our warehouse.
